USED HARDWARE::
All used hardware is sold as is and working at time of purchase. If for any reason** you are unhappy or if the product doesn't work within 40 days of receiving the product simply return it for your money back. By returning the product, we will deduct the shipping charges incurred for sending you the product. This amount will vary based on the item. This is to cover the expenses of sending you the item. This difference in the amount you receive and the amount you paid is NOT a restocking fee as the item sent back to us will be destroyed (even further) and it will not be available for resale. In the unlikely but very possible event that you receive the product DOA we'll refund you the full amount as an apology for sending you a [lemon].
** "...for any reason" - this includes you not knowing what you're doing and somehow blowing it up, dropping, shooting, melting, freezing, running over, dog chew toy, "expression of emotion"...basically for any reason - even if it's your fault - send it back, but remember, you only have 40 days so if you're going to try something do it early.
[LEMON]:: If your product is received sour, and dead simply send notification via email to [email protected] - there is a 3-day maximum amount of time allotted for lemon product terms. So, if you break it within three days, we'll consider it a lemon and refund you the full price including shipping. But you only have 3 days to do so otherwise when it breaks, we're keeping the shipping costs. In other words, Full Refunds for DOA products. If you plead your case outside of the 3-day limit, we'll consider it for a lemon, but you gotta be a smooth talker.
